Now that the New Year has begun, it is a great time to reflect on all the things for which we are thankful: lovely holiday gifts, yummy desserts, time off from work, fun with family and friends, chilling on the couch and channel surfing, etc. Even if 2015 was challenging, one can be thankful and grateful it is over and you now have a fresh start.
There are many ways to keep track of the things for which you are thankful. You can keep a gratitude journal the old school way with pen and paper, or keep a gratitude log on your computer, or write a gratitude blog or facebook post. According to Darcie @The Spin Style Agency, there is a gratitude app Gratitude365 you can use on your phone. My dear friends, @SarahStorrer and @Michael Identicaltwin share one thing they are grateful for during dinner every day! What a lovely habit. Yay! Being thankful and grateful for every little thing in your life makes you feel good! Yay!
