Vegan Cooking Class

Today I traveled to Avocado Vegan Cafe & Juice Bar in Alpharetta for a vegan cooking demonstration. Ethiopian cuisine was the theme; and, Chef Gueli created three amazing dishes right before my eyes. First, she made Ethiopian Lentils with a special Ethiopian spice, berbere. Then Chef Gueli made Potato & Beet Salad with balsamic reduction. Lastly, she made mouth watering chocolate pudding out of AVOCADO! Yum! What a lovely way to spend my afternoon! Yay!
