On Wednesday, November 9, 2016, the Gwinnett Tech Horticulture Department planted a tree in memory of Ada Yuen. Ada graduated from GTC with a degree in Horticulture. She went on to work with Roni Trimble as an Assistant Greenhouse Manager. Ada was fond of Oreo cookies and Redbud Trees. Thus, a lovely Redbud tree was planted behind the GTC Greenhouse and everyone celebrated by eating Oreo cookies. Ada, we will miss you.
