In August I attended the UDAYA LIVE Yoga and Music Festival in Pravets, Bulgaria. Udaya Live was held at a lovely golf resort on a shimmering lake with a backdrop of majestic mountains. The scenery was incredible. This spectacular event consisted of Yoga classes, Kirtan music concerts, dance parties, and exquisite food. There was a veritable smorgasbord of Yoga classes lead by a stellar line up of International Yoga teachers. Every day there were classes in Acro Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing, Meditation, Power Yoga, Qigong Zen Yoga and more! After a super delicious dinner, my fellow yogis and I attended glorious Kirtan music concerts on the water stage; followed by epic dance parties where DJ's mixed music to make you Move! Yay! During the festival, my free time was devoted to taking Polaroid photographs, passing out stickers, and making new friends! I am so grateful and thankful for the opportunity to do all the things I love: yoga, photography, and passing out stickers in Happy Bulgaria!
